Starting in the beginning of the 1980s, LTL Holdings Ltd. has become the largest and most established engineering company in Sri Lanka. Today the company has expanded to the international arena by catering to the complete supply chain of the power sector.
Formally known as Lanka Transformers Limited, LTL Holdings has a very strong commitment to excel on the highest standards. Providing products and services to over 20 countries globally it is this attention to detail and quality that has allowed the company to become a major player in the international market. Over 50% of our products are exported, after meeting the entire domestic requirements. The products & services comprise of Manufacturing & Supply of Power Distribution Transformers, Feeder Pillars, Manufacturing & Supply of Electrical Switchgears, Supply of High quality hot dipped galvanized products for Power Industry including the Operation and maintenance of Renewable Energy Power Plants, such as Mini-hydro, Wind and Solar Power Plants, owned by the Company.
We are also renowned as one of the main Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors of major power projects. Our well-earned reputation as the most trusted party extends to projects in Grid Substations and Transmission Lines.
In the growth of the company that we have also pioneered Independent Power Production (IPP) in Sri Lanka. Our experience also extends towards being an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractor of power plants.
The company extended its further presence by acquiring Asiatic India Switchgear Limited. Our capability has now completely extended being as an EPC and O&M Contractor, supplemented through our fully fledged supply chain of subsidiary companies.
